All employees, including contractors performing work for Clear Energy Services, LLC must comply with this policy and with all applicable safety laws. To do this, all employees must constantly be aware of conditions in their work place that can produce injury. Hazard detection and control of hazards are essential. Employees shall utilize their right to stop any unsafe situation.
Safety is every employee's responsibility. As a condition of employment, each employee shall consistently work in a safe manner.
Clear Energy Services complies with all federal and state regulations, in addition to providing employees with comprehensive training to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Clear Energy has contracted DISA in order to comply with federal and state regulations. All employees are enrolled into our Drug and Alcohol program and tested accordingly.
In order to maintain the requirements of our clients, we utilize ISNetWorld as a quality and regulatory resource.
Clear Energy understands the need to provide DOT qualified employees. In order to achieve the safety of our employees and the best product to our clients, we train through our own in-house programs as well as with Veriforce Operator Qualification resources.
We believe that training is one of the most essential aspects of safety. We provide our employees with a training program that offers all levels of training.
